About the Author
Ann Francke is the CEO of the Chartered Management Institute. Prior to working at CMI, Ann was global MD of the BSI Group, and has also held executive board positions at Boots and Yell and was European Vice President at Mars. She hosts numerous CMI conferences every year and writes a regular column for Professional Manager.

Best Management Book I've Read in a Long Time

I picked up Ann Francke's fascinating book on Management and was immediately drawn in. It felt like I was having conversations with a trusted mentor and getting great advice, both refreshers and new ideas. It was engaging, easy to read and chock full of practical actionable advice. All I can say is WOW. Am sure that managers who read this book will reach new heights in leadership - and that will make our economies and world a better place.
