High action, high fantasy

Dunderland starts with energy and doesn't let you go until the end; at which point you'll go " No. Way."
It's high on action, and you'll find a convincing high fantasy story that will appeal to readers across many fantasy sub-genres.
There is a well structured story that cleverly utilizes a number of popular techniques - my favorites;
- a slowly revealing back story
- progressive framing story
- adult mindset
- you decide what's wrong or right
You should read if you like:
- a complete story instead of drawn out installments
- 'real' or 'full' fantasy for example not set on earth, not urban setting, not sci-fi crossover
- Main character perspective, 3rd person
- unapologetic SNVL, but not overly or unnecessarily so
- action over drama, adventure over debate
- magic in all its glorious forms
Actual handmade cover art, thoughtful adaptation of fantasy themes, and an interesting chapter naming convention rounds off an excellent debut novel.
